Paulina Cameron, Author

As CEO of the Forum for Women Entrepreneurs, Paulina leads a national organization that educates, mentors and connects women entrepreneurs to be wildly successful. Previously she was the Regional Director for Western Canada at Futurpreneur Canada, where she supported hundreds of young entrepreneurs in launching their businesses. A champion of gender equality, Paulina is the author of bestselling Canada 150 Women: conversations with champions, leaders and luminaries; and was the co-founder and president of Young Women in Business. Believing in empowerment for the next generation, Paulina was a Visiting Professor in Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Simon Fraser University, and has advised the Government of Canada on Canada’s $800M Youth Employment strategy. 

Paulina currently serves on the Board of Directors for YWCA Metro Vancouver, the Immigrant Employment Council of BC, and the Government of British Columbia’s Small Business Roundtable.

She has been recognized in the community by being awarded as Business in Vancouver’s Top Forty under 40 2020, BCBusiness 2019 Most Influential Women in Finance Award, the Vancouver Board of Trade’s inaugural Wendy McDonald Award, The International Alliance for Women Top 100 Award in Washington DC, the KPMG National Leadership Award, and the YWCA’s Women of Distinction Awards.

Paulina gained her business expertise working at KPMG obtaining the CPA, CA designation.

Farah Nosh is a Canadian photographer who has worked across North America and the Middle East. Her work has appeared in leading publications including The New York Times, TIME, and Newsweek, and it has been exhibited internationally. She has won awards and acclaim for her portraits of civilians and refugees in war-torn Iraq, Lebanon, Afghanistan, and Damascus; and she has photographed extensively within the Haida Nation. ZG Communications is a full service marketing agency dedicated to promoting ideas that can transform the world. Prior to founding ZG Communications, Zoe managed marketing campaigns for national and international clients at PR agencies in London and Vancouver, in addition to providing publicity to award-winning authors at D&M Publishers, at the time the largest independent publisher in Canada. She has arranged nationwide tours for leading authors; launched challenging social justice initiatives; and secured hundreds of media opportunities for clients. While earning an MA in Philosophy, she was responsible for managing and redesigning two culture magazines, both of which won national magazine awards during her editorship.

Katie Jeanes is a senior digital marketer who specializes in paid media and marketing analytics. She leads the digital arm of Pinstripe Media, an Australian media company with a dedicated focus on small business, startups and personal finance that engages more than 2 million monthly users across its brands and media platforms. She also teaches digital marketing at General Assembly's Sydney campus. Born and raised in North Vancouver, Canada, she currently resides in Sydney, Australia.
